- No cookies. We don't use cookies. We use your browser's temporary session storage only to remember how you found us and whether you closed our hiring pop-up. It clears when you close your browser.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, schedule a consultation, and plan care.
- To review job applications and contact applicants.
- To improve our website and understand how families find us.
- We contact you only about your inquiry or application — by phone, text, or email. We don't add you to marketing lists. Ask us to stop anytime.
Please don't include detailed medical records in our website forms. We'll collect what we need for care planning in person, during your home assessment.
How we share it

- With service providers that help us run this website and receive your messages — such as our web host and form provider (Netlify) and our email provider — only as needed to operate them.
- For job applicants who move forward in hiring, with a background-check provider, and only with your separate written consent.

Third-party content
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and some images from Unsplash. These services may receive your IP address when the page loads. We don't use advertising trackers on this site.
Keeping it safe
We use reasonable steps to protect your information, and only our team members who need it can see it. No website or email system is completely secure, so please call us for anything sensitive.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions only as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, or meet legal and licensing record-keeping requirements.
